iTeddy converter software uses excessive compression when converting to .amv files for iTeddy use.
Why could you not sort this out, the compression level and video quality is awful.
When compared to official iTeddy video files you can purchase, the quality is nowhere near, nor is the framerate.
And yes, children do notice it!
Bailworth Solutions - Put forward to iTeddy that you have a software update for the compression tool and make some additional support revenue from it, they'd back you, as the reason iTeddy sales didn't continue at a good rate was only down to the poor method and quality of transferring your own media to it.
At least show some customer support and release a better compression rate codec etc. Would take you five minutes to correct...
