Plymouth City Council

Plymouth City Council purchase the Bailworth Solutions AUDDIS and Paperless Direct Debit conversion service.

This project will enable the Council's Council Tax and Business Rates teams to administrate the direct debit scheme electronically making savings in resource and costs. Customers will shortly be able to set up Direct Debit Instructions to pay their Council Tax and/or Business Rates in one short telephone call.
