Development of the i-DDi web application is nearing completion and is forecast to be on sale from July 2009.
The intelligent (On-line) Direct Debit instruction application is designed specifically for local Government Revenues, Benefits and Housing sector, and couples the improvement of customer service through electronic service delivery with the reduction of resource requirements within Local Authorities for managing and delivering the ability for customers to pay their Council Tax, Business Rates and Rent payments via the Direct Debit payment method.
Initial discussions with Local Governments accross the UK to introduce the i-DDi application and explain its benefits have proven very positive. The i-DDi application can be delivered via 2 methods and integrated in to each Councils' current web site, with the ability to tailor the appearance of the i-DDi application to perfectly fit each Councils' current corporate standard. The i-DDi application can be:
Hosted on an existing web server inside the Council's current network
Hosted on the Bailworth Solutions web server and integrated via the iFrame facility.
