Slough Borough Council have joined the long list of Local Government Authorities across the UK that have chosen to procure the services of Bailworth Solutions Ltd to convert their Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Rents and Sundry Debtors systems and working practices to be AUDDIS and Paperless Direct Debit compliant. The service is a fixed price 'turn key' solution that enables the council to achieve a greater level of customer service and reduce costs in managing the use of Direct Debits. Once complete, customers will be able to set up their Direct Debit Instructions over the telephone or face-to-face.
