Bailworth Solutions Ltd have recently completed the AUDDIS and Paperless Direct Debit Conversion service for Tynedale Council.

This service enables the council to manage its customers' Direct Debits in a flexible and more efficient manor, ensuring that customer service levels are increased and the council's costs are cut.

AUDDIS and Paperless Direct Debit enables customers to setup their Direct Debit instructions to pay Council tax and Business Rates over the telephone or face-to-face at their convenience. The council's resource levels used for managing the entire process of Direct Debits for their customers has been significantly cut, enabling the council to reallocate that resource to other areas.
